This past summer was the best yet for my blueberry patch. While they were fresh I made muffins, pie and cobblers. I made this “Easy Blueberry Pie” in July and was impressed with its strong blueberry flavor as many blueberry pies just taste sweet to me. I also liked that it only used about 1/2 cup of brown sugar—much less than the usual recipes. I used my last bag of frozen berries to make a pie for Thanksgiving.
