Streuseled Apples – Apple Crisp

Streusel Topping:

3/4 cups oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
dash salt
3 Tablespoons chilled butter (I used Smart Balance Light)

Filling:

6 cups apples (peeled and sliced)

Mix all topping ingredients until crumbly. Place apples in vbaking dish and sprinkle streusel on top of apples. Cook at 350° for 45 minutes.  Let it cool 15 minutes before serving.
