This is so easy, it’s hardly even a recipe, but here goes:
Frozen or thawed shrimp with shells and tails removed (as many as you want to eat)
Olive Oil Spray (like Pam)
Use a grill pan or tray to keep shrimp from falling through the (charcoal or gas) grill. Spray the tray with Olive Oil spray. Spread the shrimp on the tray in a single layer. Spray the top of the shrimp with Olive Oil spray. Sprinkle salt, pepper and Mrs Dash over the shrimp. Put the tray on the grill and cook the shrimp for 2 or 2 minutes. Turn the shrimp and add olive oil and Mrs Dash as desired. Cook the shrimp until it turns pink and starts to brown slightly. Thawed shrimp (and even frozen shrimp) cook very quickly, so be careful not to burn them. That’s it! Take them off the grill and enjoy with your choice of side dishes. These are fine as-is, or you can dip them in your favorite sauce.
I made grilled potato slices as my side dish, but use your own favorite or whatever veggies are in season.
